The Journey Begins
I'm Shareé McKenzie Taylor, and my journey has been defined by one core belief: transformation shouldn't be this hard. After years of leading organizational change from the inside - turning legacy brands into dynamic, data-driven organizations - I kept seeing the same pattern everywhere.
Organizations knew they needed to change. They had strategies. They had consultants. What they didn't have was a partner who could drive change through every level of the organization.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading enterprise-wide transformations at organizations that mattered. As Chief Impact Officer at Consumer Reports, I helped orchestrate a cultural and strategic shift that broke down 90-year-old silos to create a unified culture. We didn't just talk about change - we lived it, significantly increasing membership and expanding the brand to reach younger, more diverse audiences.
But it wasn't just about Consumer Reports. At International Justice Mission, YPO, and More in Common, I discovered something crucial: the principles of transformation are universal.
